What is Fiberglass Insulation?
Often the names of the insulation types are given based on the insulation material used, such as we have cellulose insulation and foam insulation. Fiberglass insulation is no different. In this type of insulation, very fine fiber particulars of glass are used to create the insulation film. Molten fiber is spun into fibers and bound with a liquid.

The Batts are differentiated based on their density. Both medium and high-density fiberglass insulation have high R-value. More R-value means better insulation quality of the material.

What are the benefits of Fiberglass Insulation?As the medium and high-density fiberglass has more R-value, they are installed to block the inside air going out and outside air coming in to maintain and improve the air and temperature inside the premises. It does not 100% block the air but slows its movement significantly.
